RULES & GUIDELINES
WELCOME TO EKLAVYA '26
Please read and understand all rules and guidelines before participating
•Participants must be UG/PG/PhD under the age of 25.
•They must present a valid physical Aadhar card and College ID during registration.
•Each university/college/institution is required to designate a 'Contingent Leader' who will serve as the point of contact for Eklavya '26. The Contingent Leader will be responsible for all actions undertaken by the participants during the tournament.
•Every participant is obligated to carry their college ID and national ID card at all times. Adherence to Plaksha University's rules and regulations is mandatory for all participants and contingent members while on the premises.
•Plaksha maintains strict policies against Substance Abuse, Violence, and Sexual Harassment. Violations will result in disqualification from the event without a refund. The Plaksha Administration may take official action in collaboration with the participant's institution.
•Participants and contingents must arrive at Plaksha University's Campus on 20th February 2026 before time (which will be informed closer to the date).
•Registration is mandatory including providing the ID card and two passport-size photographs.
•Participants are encouraged to bring their own water bottles in support of non-plastic movement at Plaksha.
•The registration fees is Rs. 500/- per head. To register please contact the numbers provided on the contacts page.
